The Holiday and Rehabilitation Base in the village of Odrintsi in located 75 km to the north from Alexandrupouli /Greece/, 35 km to the west from Dimothika /Greece/, and 50 km to the south-west from Odrin /Turkey/.
The near airports are in Odrin, Alexandrupouli and Plovdiv.
The Ivaylovgrad Dam Lake is located along the Arda River. It starts from the Kardzhali Dam Lake, and it is the longest dam lake in Bulgaria. Luda Reka and Byala Reka join exactly in the village of Odrintsi on their way to the northern part of the Aegean Sea.
The famous Perperikon, Tatul next to Kardzhali, the Castle of Lyutitsa – the Marble Town, the Tomb in the village of Svirachi and the Armira Roman Villa since 3rd century от 3 century A. C. are a natural attractive center for tourists but they are only the recognized names among the great number of research excavations, which are being made in the region now.

The Holiday and Rehabilitation Base in the village of Odrintsi has been designed as a sports and rehabilitation base in the spirit of the Bulgarian National Revival architecture. The site has been made as a residence hotel type. It is a two-storey building. There is an inner courtyard and an outdoor pool, an indoor sports room /20 х 30 m/ and a fitness room, a restaurant & tavern on 100 sq. m., and a kitchen.
The central entrance is to the north and it is a wooden gate. One enters through it to the inner courtyard and rooms. There have been designed 30 one-, two- and three-rooms and 4 suits, where there is a sitting room and 2 bedrooms, in terms of a residence hotel type.
Bathrooms and toilets are separated in all rooms.
There is a basement on 170 sq. m. in the building.
There is a rehabilitation centre, including a consulting room, a sauna, a tangent room, a massage room, a changing room with a toilet and a shower cubicle, and a conference room seated 40.
The site has been built with a monolith ferroconcrete structure and brick walls. The roof structure is wooden, a sloped roof and ventilable under-roof space. The bathrooms are tiled and terracotted and the respective taps are installed. The walls are latexed, and the flooring is moquetted and laminated. The courtyard, veranda and pavements are stoned and wooden.
