The luxury village resort ranges through 145 tranquil, south facing hectares, where dramatic white cliffs and gentle bluffs descend to the beaches and the sparkling blue waters of the Black Sea. The master planning is carefully prepared by WATG to combine architecture traditional for the region using brick, stone and wood and interior design offering all the comforts of modern living.
All residential buildings are small in size, 2 and 3 storeys, usually with no more than 3 apartments per floor. Due to the elevation of the land, almost all apartments enjoy the southern exposure of the whole resort. Sea view, golf view or both are available for most of the properties as well as swimming pools and other sports facilities. Variety of studios, 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom apartments are available throughout the resort.
In Phase I, 3 villages will be built – Hillside, Marina, Golf View, SPA centre, 18-hole golf course and club.
Phase I is expected to be completed by September, 2010 with a golf course open for play. The units in the first phase are about 320.

The Marina Village is the commercial and entertainment centre of the resort. Situated only a few metres from the water it is a residential area with shops, restaurants and a cozy, colourful piazza. It has an excellent location overlooking directly the marina, the driving range and the pond of the golf course.
The Marina offers a variety of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom apartments, located in 6 residential blocks. Starting from 59 sq.m. net apartment area, to 149 sq.m, and the average net apartment size being 93 sq.m. Terraces vary from 9 to 71 sq. m., with the average of 22 sq. m. Apartments come luxuriously finished with fully fitted kitchens including all kitchen appliances.

The Hillside apartments are located above the Marina just 150 m. from the sea and right next to the 5-star hotel. This area consists of 10 residential blocks, built in a cozy traditional style with 7 to 12 apartments in each block and nothing to obstruct their view over the Marina Village, the golf course and the sea. Two swimming pools are available for the residents of the Hillside apartments. At a walking distance from the beach and the Marina, the Hillside apartments are from the most desirable residences in the resort. Spaces here are lavish, with spacious living areas and terraces.
There is a variety of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom apartments in different sizes from 36 to 139 sq.m. net internal area. Terraces vary from 8 to 40 sq. m. and take wonderful advantage of the view. Golf View Village
Probably the best location in the resort, the golf view apartments are located in the centre of the golf course, conveniently situated next to the Golf Club House. On a straight line, just above the larger of the two beaches and at a walking distance from it, with nothing to obstruct the view over the entire golf course, the sea coast and the Marina. Here as well, you find spacious, sunny apartments. All apartments come with a bath in the master bedroom and a separate WC.
Their interior and exterior is currently being designed by the acclaimed Jean-Michel Gathy, Denniston International Architects, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
All residences will be equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, noise and heat insulation, wireless Internet connections and intercom systems. They will feature built-in branded kitchens with high quality electrical appliances and walk-in wardrobes.
