Pamporovo, the most well-known Bulgarian winter resort lies in the hart of the Rhodope Mountain, the mountain of the mythical singer Orpheus. It is the most southern ski resort in Europe and the sunniest Bulgarian mountain resort with excellent snow cover trough the whole season. Pamporovo is 240 km far from Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria and 85 km from the second biggest city - Plovdiv. The resort has an exclusive climate featuring a soft winter with about 120 sunny days during the skiing period – from mid-December to mid-April. The ski runs in Pamporovo come in all hardship levels. They are located on the northern, eastern and western slopes of The Snejanka peak, where the TV tower is situated.

The “CASSIOPEIA” VILLA COMPLEX is of stunning quality and extremely beautiful under construction development consisting of only 13 detached chalets with unique style and design. Any CASSIOPEIA chalet can be reserved for 20 days with a non-refundable deposit of ˆ3000 EUR  paid to the bank account of the developer.
The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the development company and to pay the first installment within approx. 20 days after reservation.

It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve a chalet or sign the preliminary contract.
