The site is located on the main road towards the village of Kosharitsa and is about 1 mile from Sunny Beach (or 2 minutes by car). A regular bus service to the resort centre runs every half hour.
The area is now one of the most popular places for new developments in the Sunny Beach area, however due to local council restrictions, the number of developments is restricted, meaning holiday homes in here have good resale potential.
Developments in this area are also limited in height and are generally of better build quality than the vast majority in Sunny Beach itself.
